Student film openings

This film opening has obviously had some time put into it. The character has a costume on and the shot has a rehearsed route which would be necessary as it is one continuous shot. The speed that the camera is moving also seems to be planned. The scene also has a black and white filter on it which ads effect.

However, the shot gets very boring, very quickly and doesn't really come across as a title scene. There's just under 2 minutes of footage where there are no titles. I feel that this is what causes it to get boring. Also it sounds like there is some noise from the footage but the soundtrack is too loud so you can't hear it properly. This also feels to me like it is taking away the title scene mood and effect.
